IN MEMORIAM

Smokey Jo
Born 7-13-87
Passed Away 8-30-00

What can we say about this wonderful little dog but that she never had a mean bone in her
body.  Never a growl (except to play) and never a snarl.  Even after we brought our two
chihuaha babies home and they picked on her relentlessly, did she raise an eyebrow.

Smokey had a few health battles.  She lost an eye to glaucoma when she was eight years old and lost her hearing when she was twelve.  We had to make the miserable decision to have her put to sleep when she started staggering and not eating.  Then she went completely blind and we had to carry her downstairs to go potty outside.  She was a brave girl.

We'll miss you Smokey Jo.  We'll take care of your little sisters for you.  They miss you too. We love you.
